Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective item or your order is damaged in transit, contact us at support@tailooo.com within 7 days. We will send you a replacement free of charge. Photos or a short video are required as proof.

Not Happy With Your Purchase? (14 days)

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt for a 100% money-back guarantee. See Return Policy below.

Changing or Canceling Your Order

We can cancel orders that have not yet been processed. To cancel, you must contact us no later than 11:59 PM EST on the day of your order. Once packed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Email support@tailooo.com for assistance.

Lost Orders in Transit

If your order is not delivered within 60 days of shipping, we can issue a full refund. To speed up shipping, items may arrive in multiple packages.

Return Policy & Eligibility

  • Return Period: 7 days from receipt.
  • Inspection: Defective/damaged items must be reported within 2 days.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, same condition as received, and in original packaging.
  • Exclusions: Customized products, cat apparel (hygiene reasons), and edible cat treats if disliked.
